Then I ordered and installed a WiFi antenna to the radio for more reliable Apple Car Play connectivity. I was able to code for EBT and it is fully functional. Upon further research I discovered that Enhanced Bluetooth was also part of the wireless charging and WiFi package. I quickly discovered the option to purchase from the connected store was not there and further research revealed it is because the car didn't have wireless charging and WiFi as an added option despite having NBT Evo.
